The old patriarchal, pathological, hyperindividualistic and reductionistic approaches to healing don’t work. Understanding the root of our pain and dysfunction does not necessarily create healing. Healing does not come from left-brain evaluative approaches but from being in the embodied Self. Healing is about being in relationship…to ourselves and our parts, to the environment, to our community, to the great mystery and the divine. This consultation group is for Internal Family Systems clinicians, therapists, practitioners and other mental health workers who are being called to expand beyond the limited paradigm of psychotherapy. Those who seek to integrate science and mystery, this is the place for you. Those who seek to find the balance between expanded states of consiousness and the mundane world, this is the space for you. Those who know that a psychology that does not incorporate spirituality will never be able to heal the wounded soul, this is the space for you.

While I am a licensed psychotherapist as well as a Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist and Consultant, I view my work primarily as a Spiritual Doula who integrates a wide variety of healing modalities, including:

If you are seeking to deepen your healing work with clients, come join us for this intimate gathering where you will explore integrative approaches to healing work from a seasoned professional.

The group will meet for 5 sessions on zoom across three months on Fridays from 10:45 am to 12:15 pm mountain time. Summer 2024 dates are 5/3, 5/17, 5/31, 6/14 and 6/28. For those who have taken their trainings through the IFS institute, hours apply towards IFS certification for those who qualify.
