Sabrina Santa Clara is a holistic, somatic (body-integrative) psychotherapist, massage therapist, yoga therapist, poet, writer and educator. She earned her Master’s degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology with a dual emphasis in Dance Movement Therapy and Body Psychotherapy from Naropa University. Sabrina is both bicultural and bilingual (Spanish) and has lived within mixed communities for most of her life. This gives her a broad appreciation for difference that allows her to work well with people from diverse cultures and lifestyles.

Sabrina has been on a spiritual path since her teens, has explored a wide variety of faith systems, and brings her deep understanding of spirituality and honor of all faith traditions into her practice. She is a mindfulness-based spiritual counselor whose orientation is integrative, merging traditional and holistic modalities of healing to help her clients live their best lives. Some of the nontraditional approaches she may use in session are yoga, dance/movement, expressive arts, music, sand tray, meditation, psychotherapeutic touch, and spirituality focused practices.

Sabrina works with both adolescents and adults, paying close attention to the contexts in which they live and how those family and cultural systems enhance or detract from mental, physical and spiritual health. Some of the more common issues she works with are trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic illness and chronic pain, dating, relationship, gender, sexuality, and spirituality. Sabrina holds licenses in Nevada and Colorado. Her main practice is in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada
